We understand many customers were left disappointed with unused National Holidays Gift Vouchers when on the 22nd May National Holidays and Shearings went into administration.
We are offering an exclusive offer so these vouchers can be used at Hessle Travel so nobody will miss out!
You can use your National Holidays voucher at Hessle Travel towards the cost of all new bookings made with National Holidays, Shearings or Acklams.
The maximum value per booking is up to 5% of the total holiday cost and any value left over on the voucher can be used again at a later date.
Please see below how your vouchers can be used -
The vouchers cannot be used for the deposit of the new holiday and will be taken off the balance when due.
You can use the vouchers towards the cost of any new holiday with National Holidays, Shearings or Acklams!
Q - My National Voucher expired, can I still use it?
A - Yes we will accept expired vouchers within 1 year of expiry.
Q - I put my National Voucher in the bin as I thought it was worthless!
A - We will accept any proof of purchase or evidence you bought the voucher.
Q - I have more than one voucher for different values, how can I use them?
A - You can use multiple vouchers towards the cost of the new holiday up to the maximum value of 5% of the new holiday cost.
Q - Can I use the vouchers towards the deposit?
A - No, the vouchers can only be used towards the balance payment.
Q - How do I redeem my voucher?
A - You can either pop in to the store, post or email the voucher to us.
Q - I have a large amount of vouchers and will not be able to use them all due to the 5% limit!
A - We have flexible options available regarding all UK tour operators so if you contact us we hopefully can help you out.
Q - Why cant I just use my full voucher amount towards the holiday?
A - Hessle Travel have received no money towards the National Holidays Gift Vouchers so unfortunately we can only accept a maximum of 5% per booking.
Q - Do I have to give you my vouchers?
A - No we just need a copy of the voucher, you can keep the original.
