We will them make our way to Barnstable. This is the larges town in the north Devon area and sits on the banks of the river Taw, the centre of town is full of shops and cafes you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Pannier Market that runs in the centre market hall. We then head for the coastal resort of Woolercombe for time around this quaint little village full of independent shops and a one of the best beaches in England.
Lynton and Lynmouth, with its rows of charming fishing cottages and shops that cluster around the pretty harbour we give you plenty of time to explore, Lynton is perched high above Lynmouth and is a beautiful Victorian village full of trinket shops and cafes but mist importantly has the most wonderful view of the Devon coastline. Both villages are connected by the impressive water powered funicular Railway.
Dunster is a medieval village within the Exmoor National Park. With its Castle we will give you plenty of time to explore this beautiful little village that is overlooked by the impressive castle. We then make our way to the seaside resort of Minehead, with its historic harbour, 14th Century church on the hill, walk down the tree-lined Avenues and visit the selection of tea rooms, pubs and independent shops this picturesque town has to offer.
