Come and join us on our trip to the Scottish Highlands.  We explore you some of the absolute best the area has to offer, all set in the relaxing tranquil setting of Ross-shire. We make good use of our centrally located hotel in the spa town of Strathpeffer as a base to explore the area.  It is a beautiful Victorian spa town where you can still take a drink of the healing spa waters from the reconditioned pump house in the main square.

Inverness is the largest city and known as the cultural capital of the Scottish Highlands.  The old town features 19^th Century Inverness Castle, the mostly 18^th Century Old High Church and an indoor Victorian market selling food, clothing and crafts. Cruise along Loch Ness taking in the amazing scenery of the surrounding glens during our leisurely cruise. 

A scenic tour of the Black Isle takes us through some of the most beautiful scenery in the Scottish Highlands.  Cromarty is poised on the tip of the Black Isle at the mouth of the Cromarty Firth and is the Highlands' best-preserved historic town.  Enjoy exploring this 18^th Century town.  Why not look out into the bay and see if you can spot any Dolphins?  Fortrose, a real gem of an idyllic Black Isle town.  The centre is home to its ruined red stone Cathedral built in 1250 A.D.  If you are feeling fit, why not walk down the winding steps to the beach?

Take in the sights during our scenic Highlands drive and on the picturesque northern route to the coast, passing Loch Garve, Loch Glascarnoch and Loch Broom arriving in Ullapool.  Ullapool is a fishing town on the banks of Loch Broom.  There are quaint independent shops and town museums for you to visit and enjoy.
