Full Detailed Itinerary
Sunday
We
depart from your chosen pick up point and head for
Hull
and the overnight ferry crossing to Europoort. Accomodation on the ferry
is in outside cabins with private facilities. Evening meal and breakfast
are included.
Monday
After breakfast we disembark from the ferry and head for Andlau
situated in the
Alsace
region of France
. Suitable stops will be made en route. Our estimated time of arrival at
the hotel is 18.30

We
have 2 nights at this hotel. All rooms have private facilities and
evening meal and breakfast each day is included in the package
Tuesday
Breakfast
over, we spend the day exploring the alsatian wine route. This will
include visits to
Colmar
, Riquewihr & Ribeauville.
Wednesday
Today we head for
Oberammergau
with a stop in Titsee before travelling round the edge of
Lake
Constance
to Lindau, where a lunch stop will be taken [not included in the price].
Our afternoon journey sees us stopping at the
Neuschwanstein
Castle
before we continue to our hotel in
Oberammergau
, arriving in time for our evening meal.
Your
hotel
Details yet to be advised but it will be situated in
Oberammergau
. Rooms will have private facilities. Evening meal on the first night
and breakfast both mornings is included.
Thursday
After breakfast, we visit
Linderhof
Palace
and the monastery of Ettal before making our way to the passion plays.
Between the afternoon & evening sessions of the play, food and
transport will be provided. We return you to the hotel at approximately
22.00.
Friday
Today sees us journey along the “Romantische Strasse” to the
historic town of Augsburg arriving in time for lunch [lunch not
included] We have arranged a guided walking tour of the town before
continuing on to Rothenburg ab der tauber, our base for the next 2
evenings. After checking in to the hotel and freshening up, an evening
meal will be supplied at a nearby restaurant.

Hotel
Hotel Altes Brauhaus, Rothenburg ob der Tauber. All rooms have
private facilities and breakfast is included both days. Evening meals
will be taken at a nearby restaurant.
Saturday
You have a full day at leisure to explore this wonderful old town
and to allow your driver to have the day off.
Sunday
Breakfast over, we head for Rudesheim on the banks of the
Rhine
. Arriving at lunchtime plenty of time has been allowed to visit the
amazing museum of mechanical music or even ride the chair lift to the
Niederwald monument situated above the vineyards. [Admissions not
included] We then board a
Rhine
cruise boat and sail down to Boppard, where your coach will be waiting
to transfer you to your final hotel of this tour.

Hotel Ebertor, Boppard am Rhein. All rooms have private
facilities and evening meal and breakfast is included.
Monday
Our final day and we head for
Cologne
, staying for about 3 hours before making our way to Europoort and the
overnight sailing back to
Hull
. As with the outward journey, you will be stopping in an outside cabin
and evening meal and breakfast is included in the package.
Tuesday
After disembarking from the ferry, you reboard the coach for the
journey back to your chosen drop off point.
